Connected Safety Net Expands Across Spain and Latin America

Connected Safety Net has successfully launched its technology and services across 136 operations throughout Spain, while also extending its reach into Peru, Brazil, Colombia and Chile.

Each country brings its own operating environment, language, culture and customer requirements. Delivering a rollout of this scale, quickly and successfully, takes more than great technology.

It takes great people.

At the centre of this chapter has been Laura Muñoz, one of Connected Safety Net’s geographic leaders for Customer Success and Growth.

Originally from Argentina and having spent many years building and running her own business in Barcelona, Laura brings a valuable combination of entrepreneurial thinking, commercial experience, cultural understanding and genuine care for the customer.

Since joining Connected Safety Net, Laura has made an immediate impact. Working closely with the wider international team, she has helped coordinate a complex multi-country implementation, support local stakeholders and ensure that every operation feels part of one connected programme, rather than simply another location on a rollout plan.

For Connected Safety Net, international expansion is not just about placing another country on the map. It is about creating trusted local relationships, understanding how each market works and giving customers the confidence that they will be supported long after implementation.
