TVS Supply Chain Solutions: Scaling Safety Across Logistics Networks
Redefining safety and compliance processes across logistics and industrial environments through intelligent, data-driven capability.
Connected Safety Net expands across TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe’ UK logistics network, further demonstrating CSN’s expertise in the logistics sector.
Reflecting on the past is something we don’t do often enough, yet it’s incredible how experiences shape the future.
For me that reflection begins 39 years ago, standing on the floor of a busy distribution centre as a supervisor, focused on process, people & precision. I couldn’t have imagined that three decades later I’d be leading global teams, driving global supply chains and eventually serving as Managing Director and then Chief Innovation Officer for DHL Supply Chain.
Those years at DHL taught me the fundamentals of operational excellence, the power of innovation and the impact of a safety first culture. But they also planted a question that stayed with me: how could we make the workplace even safer, smarter and more connected?
In 2019 that question turned into action. I founded CSN, alongside trusted colleagues, with a mission to redefine how safety and compliance processes are managed across logistics and industrial environments. Drawing on decades of supply chain experience, we set out to build technology that makes safety not just a process, but an intelligent, data driven capability.
Today CSN is proud to be at the forefront of this transformation. Our AI powered ecosystem automates safety, compliance & facility operations, from interactive CAD integrations to our latest innovation, an AI Co Pilot Safety Officer, designed to empower safety teams to focus more on prevention and workforce engagement.
We’re now seeing that vision scale across logistics networks.
This vision isn’t new. It’s something I aspired to over 20 years ago while managing large scale operations, imagining workplaces that could leverage intelligence and empathy side by side.
The journey from warehouse supervisor to technology founder has been shaped by persistence, courage to change and an openness to discomfort, because growth rarely happens in safe zones.
Looking back, every challenge, late night and breakthrough along the way built the foundation for what CSN is today, innovation born from experience & technology with a human purpose.
To all those driving change in logistics, safety, or technology, remember, it’s never too late to start something you believe in. The future of work starts when you decide to build it.
Today, I’m fortunate to work with organisations turning that same vision into reality. As Mark Hughes, Health and Safety Ops Assurance Manager at TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK and Europe, shared:
“As our network continues to scale, having consistent digital processes across sites is essential. Connected Safety Net has supported the rollout across seven distribution operations, giving our teams better visibility and a more structured approach to safety and operational delivery.”
Moments like this are a reminder of what makes the journey from vision to reality so worthwhile.
