Cartrefi Conwy: Empowering Social Housing Through Digital Transformation
We’re delighted to share that Connected Safety Net has been awarded a three-year contract with Cartrefi Conwy, a leading not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord in North Wales.

Cartrefi Conwy manages and maintains over 4,220 homes and has an ambitious programme to deliver high-quality, affordable housing across the county, including a commitment to build 1,000 new homes in the coming years. Their focus on safety, quality, and long-term sustainability makes this a partnership we’re genuinely proud of.

Through this agreement, Connected Safety Net will provide a full suite of digital safety compliance and environmental management solutions, supporting consistent standards, strong governance, and efficient service delivery across the organisation.

A great example of a forward-thinking housing association using digital transformation to support people, homes, and communities.

Paul Richardson, Managing Director at Connected Safety Net, commented:

“We’re pleased to be supporting Cartrefi Conwy as they progress their ambitious plans across North Wales. Strong operational oversight and consistent standards will be key to delivering at scale, and we look forward to contributing to that next phase of growth.”

Looking forward to working closely with the Cartrefi Conwy team over the next three years.
